Photography has several categories, could photojournalism, documentary photography, sports photography, and others. One of them is the still life photos, namely photographs of inanimate nature, such as sculpture, food, drinks, dolls, miscellaneous small items from ornaments to beauty products.
Although the shooting object is inanimate objects, take a picture to be a good photo and contains art was not as easy as we imagine. Especially if we have to make these inanimate objects become “alive” or contain.
What is important in this case is the lighting, the light falling on objects that our portraits. Generally, the shooting still life done by using artificial light, the flash for example. Set the light falling on the object in such a way to move them or how to move the pan, lift, rotate the object so that the lighting was found best. This is one of the natural ease of photographing inanimate objects in which to determine the direction of proper lighting on the object, the photographer just do it by sliding, lift or rotate.

Therefore determine its placement with respect to the object to be photographed correctly (look for the lift, rotate and move it) and do the basic theory of radiation exposure based on the correct and appropriate desire to achieve results as expected photographer.
